Yes, this is a standard consumer electonics warranty of 1 year after date of purchase.
What is AGS?
AGS stands for Auto Generator Start. This feature allows the Spyder System to toggle the generator on and off based on paramters set by you.
Do I need to update my unit?
Generally, when a new unit leaves the manufactuer it is up to date with the newest Spyder software. If you are experiancing a bug that you beilive may be related to software please contact us for an update.
